Some Important Details:
- All packages will be staffed with one bartender per every 50 guests with a minimum of two staff members at all events unless otherwise approved
- Deposit is refundable five days prior to event. After 5 days, deposit is non-refundable.
- Bar setup equipment: $200 per bar. Includes coolers, ice, linens, bar tables, beverage napkins, stirrer straws and barware. Fee subject to change based on headcount.
- ABC Permitting required for all packages containing spirituous liquor. $100 to obtain limited special occasion permit.
- 15% service charge will be added to the total bill for insurance, taxes and coordination. This fee is not considered a gratuity for the Darby staff although gratuity is appreciated it is optional.
